As part of our dedicated staff, you will join a dynamic workplace where teamwork and patient-centered care are paramount.
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is critical as the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, representing the face of our practice. The ideal candidate will be someone with a pleasant personality who excels in customer service and handles emergencies with efficiency and poise. The Receptionist will welcome patients upon arrival, direct visitors appropriately, and manage communication channels including phone calls, emails, and physical correspondence. The role demands excellent multitasking, organizational, and stress management skills, as well as flexibility to work in shifts if needed.
This position requires proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically eClinical, and Microsoft Office Suite, alongside experience with standard office equipment like fax machines and printers. The Receptionist will also maintain the reception area, manage office supplies, schedule appointments, and assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing. By ensuring the front desk operations run smoothly and maintaining high standards in every task, the Receptionist plays a vital role in both administrative support and patient satisfaction.
Employment for this role is on-site in Dearborn, MI, with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates are expected to have a high school degree as a minimum educational qualification, with additional certifications in office management considered a plus. The preferred candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional appearance, resourcefulness, and a customer-focused attitude. Relocation to Dearborn prior to starting employment is preferred but not mandatory. Join our team and be part of an organization that values dedication, respect, and quality in healthcare delivery.
