Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- perform guest check-in and check-out
- review arrivals and departures for guest preferences to ensure guest satisfaction
- provide information and act as a resource to our guests or hotel visitors
- receive and acknowledge reservation requests, cancellations and changes
- communicate guest requests and issues to the proper departments
- coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests
