Job Requirements
- 1-2 years prior front office experience
- luxury hotel experience preferred
- hospitality degree preferred
- must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and knowledge of a property management system
- strong attention to detail
- positive attitude and ability to work well with a diverse staff
- physical ability to stand for long periods of time
- leadership and customer service skills
- have flexibility to work a varied schedule including overnights and weekends
- multilingual preferred
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- perform guest check-in and check-out
- review arrivals and departures for guest preferences to ensure guest satisfaction
- provide information and act as a resource to our guests or hotel visitors
- receive and acknowledge reservation requests, cancellations and changes
- communicate guest requests and issues to the proper departments
- coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests
