Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years prior front office experience
  • luxury hotel experience preferred
  • hospitality degree preferred
  • must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and knowledge of a property management system
  • strong attention to detail
  • positive attitude and ability to work well with a diverse staff
  • physical ability to stand for long periods of time
  • leadership and customer service skills
  • have flexibility to work a varied schedule including overnights and weekends
  • multilingual preferred
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
  • perform guest check-in and check-out
  • review arrivals and departures for guest preferences to ensure guest satisfaction
  • provide information and act as a resource to our guests or hotel visitors
  • receive and acknowledge reservation requests, cancellations and changes
  • communicate guest requests and issues to the proper departments
  • coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests
