Our client is a well-established residential property management office located in the scenic Bayside neighborhood of Queens, New York. Operating in a bustling residential community, the office functions as the liaison point between residents and building management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of day-to-day matters. We are currently seeking a Temporary Front Desk Receptionist to support our client during the summer season from June 22 to September 10. This is a part-time temporary position offering a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to $19.25 based on experience and qualifications. The work schedule is designed for mornings and afternoons on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role requires a friendly, organized, and dependable individual who can contribute to the efficient operation of the residential property office.

The front desk receptionist is a pivotal role ensuring residents and visitors receive warm, professional, and timely assistance. Responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately, greeting residents and guests as they visit the site office, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. The receptionist is also entrusted with maintaining proper filing and general office record-keeping, liaising with building staff to coordinate operations, and performing miscellaneous administrative tasks as the need arises.

The ideal candidate brings prior experience in reception or administrative support, demonstrating strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
