Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in hotel front desk management or related field
  • strong leadership skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
  • excellent communication skills
  • experience with cash handling
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • fluency in English

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management or supervisory operations
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
  • detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • customer service oriented and committed to guest satisfaction
  • proficient in Opera PMS and Micros
  • prior cash handling experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
