The Senior Front Office Assistant position at Cahaba Valley - Primary Care, located at 120 Cahaba Valley Parkway in Pelham, AL, is an essential role within this team-oriented, moderate-paced practice environment. This full-time, daytime shift opportunity invites experienced medical office professionals to contribute their expertise in providing exceptional front office support to both patients and the medical team. The selected candidate will be the face of the practice, required to greet and assist patients, visitors, and families with warmth and professionalism. Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, managing appointment scheduling, verifying insurance, and ensuring accurate patient record keeping are integral to daily job functions.

In addition, the Senior Front Office Assistant will support the overall workflow by performing a range of clerical duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and coordinating correspondence.
