Job Requirements
- minimum age requirement as per local labor laws
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly in English
- willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented mindset
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests
- manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- prepare and serve drinks for bartenders
- support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
