Job Duties
- Greet every guest with energy, confidence, and a genuine smile
- being present and available for guests needs
- know the menu and share recommendations with enthusiasm
- take and deliver orders accurately, quickly, and with care
- handle guest questions, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and positivity
- keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for the next guest
- communicate clearly with kitchen and team members to keep service smooth
- process payments accurately and responsibly
- jump in wherever needed to support the team during busy shifts
- help create a fun, welcoming, high-energy atmosphere every shift
