The Front of House Team Member will manage various duties ranging from order processing to beverage preparation, including making juices, smoothies, and espresso drinks. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, dining area, and condiment counters is also a key responsibility. Candidates should possess or be willing to develop skills in using point-of-sale systems, money handling, and upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and answer questions about the menu, daily specials, and promotions
- assist customers in placing orders, offering suggestions and upselling add-ons when appropriate
- handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders accurately and efficiently
- make juices, smoothies, and espresso drinks
- run food out to guests and follow up with table touches
- handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions securely, ensuring correct change and receipts are provided
- verify and redeem promotions, gift cards, and loyalty points as needed
- package to-go orders correctly and ensure they include all necessary utensils, napkins, and condiments
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station, dining area, and condiment counters
- restock supplies such as straws, napkins, and receipts at the cashier station
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
