As a Front of House Team Member at Jaggers, you will be responsible for WOWing guests with service excellence, utilizing effective salesmanship to suggest food and beverage items, and sharing the Jaggers story to create a connection with first-time visitors. Mastery of the Point of Sale system is essential for smooth transaction processing, while strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is critical for maintaining the highest quality dining environment. Additional duties include delivering orders promptly with a positive attitude, managing cash handling and checkout procedures accurately, and completing assigned side work to support overall restaurant operations.
