This position is for a leadership role at the Topgolf venue located in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Venue Operations team member will be instrumental in driving team performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering a culture of positivity and engagement. This role requires a proactive leader who can provide guidance and motivation to a diverse team, ensuring that performance targets are met consistently. Responsibilities will include monitoring and coaching team members, collaborating across departments to maintain seamless workflow, and promptly addressing any operational challenges or guest concerns. In addition to supervision duties, the role involves preparing performance reports and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The leadership position also demands a strong focus on associate development and promoting an inclusive workplace culture.

Successful candidates should expect to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the venue operates to serve guests during peak entertainment hours.
