  • Manage front of house staff and daily restaurant operations
  • Coordinate with Assistant General Manager and General Manager to ensure exceptional guest service
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Monitor inventory and assist with P&L reporting
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage knowledge among staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
  • Foster a positive and efficient work environment
