Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a full-service restaurant
  • Strong understanding of beverage and bar operations
  • Capability to manage scheduling and staffing needs
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays including Sunday brunch
  • Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills
  • Must be able to handle cash and perform opening and closing duties

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front of House manager or lead role in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of beverage operations especially spirits and craft cocktails
  • Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Experience with scheduling platforms like 7shifts is a plus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Oversee all bar operations including managing whiskey and bourbon program
  • Monitor beverage cost controls and maintain cocktail program standards
  • Create and manage FOH shift schedules for servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers
  • Hire, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to uphold service standards
  • Act as primary floor leader engaging with guests and addressing customer concerns
  • Supervise daily opening and closing procedures including cash handling
  • Ensure dining room, patio, and bar areas comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Coordinate with management team to execute private and semi-private events
