The Restaurant Front of House (FOH) Manager role at Hai Hospitality is a pivotal position designed for an experienced restaurant professional who thrives in a high-volume, full-service setting. This role reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, working closely with them to oversee the FOH operations and ensure guests receive outstanding service. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated service team, inspiring and guiding them to maintain the highest standards of hospitality. Responsibilities include managing daily front-of-house activities, handling customer relations, and ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and service staff. Candidates with experience in profit and loss reporting, inventory control, and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations are preferred. The position requires flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, reflecting the nature of the restaurant business. Hai Hospitality offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, complemented by a competitive benefits package. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision to front-of-house staff
