Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to communicate, write, and understand English
  • must possess basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register and POS system
  • basic knowledge of Google Drive and internet navigation
  • must have current Food Worker card and TAM/TIPS card
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
  • must be available for a minimum of 45 hours per week
  • able to make rational decisions independently
  • able to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • basic math skills and ability to operate cash register and POS system
  • knowledge of Google Drive and internet navigation
  • current Food Worker card and TAM/TIPS card
  • ability to step in and perform any Front of House position
  • in-depth knowledge of menu, ingredients, cooking methods, and allergens
  • experience leading and motivating teams
  • strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude with willingness to grow and accept coaching

Job Duties

  • Hire and train Front of House staff
  • manage productivity and motivate the Front of House team
  • oversee bar and coffeehouse departments
  • develop strong relationships with staff and guests
  • maintain employee morale and provide constructive feedback
  • handle guest complaints and ensure a delightful guest experience
  • monitor food quality and ensure dining area standards
  • build and manage staff schedules
  • maintain labor budgets
  • ensure all staff certifications are current
  • perform opening and closing duties
  • document operational issues and communicate staff needs
  • support Back of House management as needed
  • troubleshoot issues with staff and guests
  • assist with POS system maintenance and troubleshooting
