Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to communicate, write, and understand English
- must possess basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register and POS system
- basic knowledge of Google Drive and internet navigation
- must have current Food Worker card and TAM/TIPS card
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
- must be available for a minimum of 45 hours per week
- able to make rational decisions independently
- able to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- basic math skills and ability to operate cash register and POS system
- knowledge of Google Drive and internet navigation
- current Food Worker card and TAM/TIPS card
- ability to step in and perform any Front of House position
- in-depth knowledge of menu, ingredients, cooking methods, and allergens
- experience leading and motivating teams
- strong time management and multitasking abilities
- capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude with willingness to grow and accept coaching
Job Duties
- Hire and train Front of House staff
- manage productivity and motivate the Front of House team
- oversee bar and coffeehouse departments
- develop strong relationships with staff and guests
- maintain employee morale and provide constructive feedback
- handle guest complaints and ensure a delightful guest experience
- monitor food quality and ensure dining area standards
- build and manage staff schedules
- maintain labor budgets
- ensure all staff certifications are current
- perform opening and closing duties
- document operational issues and communicate staff needs
- support Back of House management as needed
- troubleshoot issues with staff and guests
- assist with POS system maintenance and troubleshooting
