Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to communicate, write, and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Experience operating cash register and POS system
- Knowledge of Google Drive and internet navigation
- Current Food Worker card
- Current TAM/TIPS card
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

- Current Food Worker and TAM/TIPS certifications
- Experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Hire, train, and oversee Front of House staff
- Motivate departments on sales building and staff development
- Monitor food quality and coordinate with kitchen team
- Manage labor budget and staff scheduling
- Ensure certifications are current for all staff
- Conduct opening and closing duties
- Handle guest complaints and proactively resolve issues
