Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years leadership experience
  • must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications
  • able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
  • able to perform frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
  • capable of repetitive manual tasks
  • able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership

  • assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor
  • supervise and guide service and experience standards and provide impactful coaching as needed

  • support with training and development of technical knowledge and execution
  • communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams
