Yaya's Euro Bistro is currently seeking a Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead the guest experience and serve as a pivotal part of the leadership team. The FOH Manager will act as the "Conductor" of service, orchestrating the entire front-of-house operation with grace and efficiency.   • Minimum of 6 months of management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining restaurant environment
  • Strong front-of-house expertise with a clear understanding of refined service standards
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional presence, sound judgment, and a strong sense of accountability

Job Duties

  • Lead the team during peak hours acting as a calm, visible anchor to ensure the floor plan is optimized and service flow is impeccable
  • Proactively touch tables to build relationships with regulars and oversee the needs of VIP guests with discretion and professionalism
  • Address guest concerns or service lapses immediately with empathy and authority, turning potential issues into positive experiences
  • Expertly utilize POS and reservation systems to manage guest flow, track preferences, and analyze sales trends
  • Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as local liquor laws
