We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Front of House Manager to join our team. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality management preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work under pressure
strong leadership qualities
willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
basic knowledge of POS systems
proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred

Proven experience as a front of house manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry

strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
familiarity with Aloha POS system and Microsoft Word is preferred
strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in service, food, and ambiance
local knowledge of the area and a desire to build lasting community relationships

Job Duties

Lead, inspire, and mentor front of house staff to deliver exceptional service
collaborate with kitchen and bar management teams to ensure smooth service flow
manage daily operations and guest interactions, including seating, reservations, and guest inquiries
ensure quality control for both service and food presentation
monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and patio areas
maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration
uphold and enforce the highest standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
help manage local relationships and develop a strong connection with the community
assist in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies when necessary
oversee the training and development of new staff members
assist in maintaining Aloha POS system and performing administrative tasks such as schedules, payroll, and inventory tracking (experience in Aloha and Word preferred)
