Job Description
Link Restaurant Group is a company founded by James Beard Award-winning Executive Chef Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski, dedicated to supporting the continuous growth of their family of restaurants in New Orleans, including Herbsaint, Cochon, Cochon Butcher, Peche Seafood Grill, Gianna, La Boulangerie, and Calcasieu Private Dining. Embracing the traditions and unique flavors of south Louisiana, their philosophy revolves around producing honest, simple food.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- strong food knowledge
- one year of casual or fine dining experience preferred
- wine knowledge required
- ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining operational standards
- strong problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
- excellent guest service, hospitality, and presentation skills
- ability to motivate employees for high standards of food and service
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- effective at listening, understanding, and addressing guest concerns
