The position also requires hands-on involvement, including the ability to step in for absent employees and participate in food service meetings and special catering events. Managing communication efficiently, keeping up with catering preparations, and performing relevant administrative duties such as maintaining logs and inventory are crucial aspects of daily operations. The dynamic nature of this role means that you must be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks as requested by management to meet the company’s operational commitments.
