The Front of House (FOH) Team Member role at Hopdoddy is a vital position within the hospitality team. FOH Team Members are tasked with delivering an outstanding guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued. This role involves greeting guests with a positive attitude, taking and accurately placing orders, and serving food and drinks with care and hospitality from the heart. Team members are expected to anticipate guest needs, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and work collaboratively within a team to uphold Hopdoddy’s high standards. This role offers a starting wage of $3 per hour plus tips, translating to a take-home pay of approximately $30,000 or more annually for full-time workers. Full-time employees who work an average of 30 hours per week or 130 hours per month for 12 months are eligible for comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance. Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 days availability for full time
- Active Food Handler Card
- Alcohol Safety Certification
- Good math and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
- Standing, bending, and walking for entire workday
- Restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
