This full-time position is integral to the resort's operations, serving as the frontline contact point for guests, responsible for upholding the brand's reputation for superior service. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including greeting guests warmly, managing lobby flow, and providing concierge services that enhance overall guest satisfaction. The Universal Agent Ambassador plays a pivotal part in guest check-in and check-out procedures, cash handling, reservation management, and functioning as a liaison among different departments to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution.

- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a hospitality/hotel environment
- Experience with Microsoft programs
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to resolve guest issues following resort processes

Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage lobby traffic to maintain smooth flow and reduce wait times
- Complete guest check-out procedures including billing, payments, and changes
- Provide high-level customer service and professionalism when interacting with guests
- Use WYNSOS program to record guest issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Perform cash handling activities including bucket checks, cash reports, and petty cash procedures
- Clean and restock front desk area and amenities
- Answer telephones/PBX, direct calls, and handle guest requests or complaints ensuring proper action and communication with other departments
- Deliver concierge services by addressing guest questions, concerns, and requests promptly
- Provide information on local hot spots and activities
- Manage guest reservations by making, confirming, or canceling as required
- Register guests and issue room keys in line with standard operating procedures
- Conduct prescreening for participation in Wyndham Vacation Ownership presentations
- Schedule and qualify guests for sales presentations and report to administrative teams
- Prepare paperwork and arrival information for incoming guests and conduct pre-arrival calls to set expectations and introduce the property
