Job Description

Pet Paradise is a leading provider of premium, full-service pet care, dedicated to enriching the lives of pets and their families. With over 60 locations across eleven states and growing, Pet Paradise offers an all-inclusive pet care experience under one roof. Their services range from resort-style day camp and overnight boarding to professional grooming and low-stress, high-quality veterinary care. The company prides itself on creating safe, fun, and loving environments where pets can thrive while their owners have peace of mind. As part of its commitment to providing comprehensive care, Pet Paradise continues to expand its reach and services across the United States, establishing itself as a trusted partner for pet parents looking for more than just basic pet daycare or boarding options.

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Front Desk Supervisors. This role is perfect for those who consider themselves 'pet people' and who thrive in dynamic, customer-service-oriented environments. The Front Desk Supervisor position is a full-time role with a competitive starting pay rate of $16.50 per hour, with scheduled increases at six months and annual anniversaries. The successful candidate will play a vital leadership role, serving as the first point of contact for customers and guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk team according to company standards.

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for supervising front desk associates by leading, training, and coaching them to deliver outstanding service and adhere to company policies. This position requires strong organizational and cash management skills, as well as the ability to manage sales and customer issues effectively. The role also involves hands-on tasks, including processing guest check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and be comfortable working around pets, capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds and actively engaging in pet care and maintenance. As part of their leadership duties, they will assist the management team with various responsibilities such as training new employees and conducting performance evaluations.

Pet Paradise offers a vibrant workplace culture defined by a love for pets and a commitment to employee growth and development. The company provides multiple career advancement opportunities through programs like the Unleashed Leadership Academy, Grooming Academy, STRIVE scholarship program for veterinary roles, and an expanding Canine Training Program. Employees enjoy a supportive environment with access to unique perks such as complimentary Pet Day Camp, 30 days of free pet boarding, discounted veterinary and grooming services, and dog and cat adoption assistance. In addition, benefits like health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, fitness reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program underline the company’s commitment to employee well-being.

Joining Pet Paradise as a Front Desk Supervisor means becoming part of a community that values pets and people alike. It’s a rewarding career for anyone who wants to blend customer service, leadership, and their love for animals in a fast-paced, engaging setting. If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference in pet care while advancing your career in a supportive environment, Pet Paradise could be your ideal workplace.
