The Front Desk Supervisor role at Concord Hospitality is a pivotal position within the hotel. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that every guest interaction is positive, proactive, and responsive.   • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles

  • Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Experience in front desk or guest services roles
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in using hotel management software
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner
  • Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, amenities, and selling strategies
  • Take reservation requests efficiently
  • Answer switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette
  • Block rooms and handle special requests
  • Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions
  • Handle safe deposits by guests per established procedures
  • Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable
  • Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures
