Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- college level courses in business or hospitality preferred
- two to three years of business experience preferred
- proficiency with information system hardware/software preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- multiple language fluency desirable
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- ability to stand or sit for long periods
- ability to reach, handle, finger objects and packages
- ability to work extended hours and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversees and schedules all Front Desk staff for building
- maintains schedules and timesheets/cards for payroll purposes
- keeps track of activity logs and incident reports for manager’s review
- works closely with Front Desk Coordinator and assists with shift coverage
- provides training for all new hires assigned to property
- forwards vacation and day off requests to Front Desk Coordinator for approval
- assists in investigations, tape/log reviews for unusual incidents
- helps Property Manager with administrative work and special requests
- demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- monitors Emergency Response System
- greets and directs residents, guests, and invitees
- monitors and controls Electronic Security Control Systems
- responds to emergency situations timely
- monitors and controls building access
- maintains daily logs, records, and forms
- resolves and follows up on complaints and issues
- maintains a safe and secure environment throughout building/property
- may be assigned other duties by on-site property manager
- follows safety procedures and maintains safe work environment
