Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Basic computer and equipment operation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Delivering the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
  • Running the perfect shift by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld
  • Supervising Front Desk staff and ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Overseeing the department in the absence of the Department Manager
  • Performing hourly tasks and operating equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross-training
  • Handling additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations
