FS Residential is currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting the property's daily operations by being the first point of contact for residents, guests, and service providers. The position is part-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, totaling 25 hours per week. It offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.00. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for a wide variety of tasks that include providing exceptional customer service, monitoring building security systems, and assisting with administrative duties. This role demands a professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.
As a Front Desk Associate, the individual will meet and greet residents and guests, screen visitors, and ensure compliance with emergency response protocols and access control measures. The position requires proficiency in handling electronic security control systems, maintaining accurate daily logs, records, and forms, and executing general concierge services. Additionally, clerical work involving Microsoft Word and Excel will be part of the daily responsibilities. The ability to perform building patrols to monitor security and safety is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of customer service, and the ability to operate standard office equipment. Physical demands include standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, occasional lifting of 30 to 50 pounds, and the capacity to respond to auditory and visual emergency alarms.
