We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position serves as the first point of contact for all patients visiting our office, playing a critical role in managing patient intake and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining accurate patient records within an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. Additionally, the role requires managing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

This position demands flexibility with work schedules, including early morning and evening shifts, as well as two weekend shifts per month. The salary for this role is $22.00 per hour, reflecting the importance and responsibilities of the position within our medical practice. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient information at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage time effectively and provide top-notch customer service. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are considered an advantage, given the diverse patient population we serve.
