We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our full-time team. This position is vital in ensuring smooth patient intake and overall front-office operations. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them with warmth and professionalism while managing a variety of administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a calm demeanor, especially during high-volume or stressful periods.

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments by scheduling and confirming them efficiently, maintaining accurate patient records through our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, and verifying insurance details, including obtaining prior authorizations when necessary. Additionally, you will support compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times. Your role will also include handling phone, email, and in-person inquiries, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of our healthcare practice.

This position operates on a rotating shift basis, including early morning, afternoon, and two weekend shifts per month, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
