Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Availability to work 4 PM to 9 PM on weekdays and 2 PM to 9 PM on weekends with flexible scheduling
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Enthusiastic and compassionate attitude toward senior care
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage and handle issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a professional manner
- Greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers warmly and professionally
- Accept delivery packages, document receipt in a log book, and notify residents of their deliveries
- Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
- Assist the Business Office Manager with various projects and assignments
- Maintain high levels of professionalism in conduct and appearance
- Handle difficult situations gracefully and prevent escalation
