The Receptionist role at America’s Best is a vital position within the retail store environment. Receptionists are the welcoming face of the brand, responsible for greeting and assisting customers as they enter the store, ensuring a warm and professional first impression. They play a critical role in managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and maintaining efficient store operations. Serving as the communication hub, Receptionists handle incoming phone calls, provide accurate information about services and products, and support the overall customer experience.

This full-time position offers a structured work schedule with the unique benefit of Sundays off, as the stores are closed on Sunday. Receptionists ensure a smooth and organized flow of patients by managing appointment calendars and following up on patient visits and classes. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Receptionists also assist in inventory management, mail distribution, and maintaining a presentable and orderly reception area.

Working at America’s Best as a Receptionist means joining a team that values respect, communication, and collaboration. The company offers competitive pay with bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with company match, parental leave, paid sick time, and employee eyewear discounts. Beyond compensation, America’s Best prioritizes employee well-being and professional development, providing scholarship opportunities and career growth pathways.

If you are a customer service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, interested in becoming an integral part of a growing and supportive optical retail company, this Receptionist position offers a rewarding start or continuation of your career.
