As the largest operator, manager, and franchisor of chiropractic clinics in the United States, The Joint Chiropractic administers over 12 million patient visits every year across nearly 1,000 clinics nationwide. Recognized by prestigious organizations such as Forbes, Fortune, and Franchise Times, The Joint is at the forefront of making wellness care accessible and affordable for all. This growing company is committed to a patient-first approach, delivering care in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment that prioritizes convenience without sacrificing quality. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all patients, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and smooth experience from arrival through checkout. Working in this role means engaging directly with patients, explaining membership options and promotions, and driving membership conversions while maintaining accurate sales and visit records.

The job includes responsibilities such as greeting and engaging patients, presenting and explaining membership benefits, processing membership sales and payments accurately, tracking sales activity and patient visits, and managing patient flow to support clinic efficiency. The position offers an hourly wage of $13.00 with bonus potential, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee discounts, paid lunch breaks, and a three-day workweek schedule of Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Additionally, occasional travel is a requirement for this role.

Joining The Joint Chiropractic means becoming part of a values-driven organization where trust, respect, accountability, integrity, and excellence shape all decisions. Employees are empowered to grow their skills and contribute meaningfully to improving patients’ quality of life. Because this role is offered through a franchisee of The Joint Corp., terms of employment including wage and benefits may vary slightly, emphasizing the opportunity to work with an independent business owner. For anyone interested in taking a step forward in their career within a supportive and innovative company, this position offers a chance to thrive while making a tangible difference in people’s health and well-being. Apply today and be a part of the movement that is transforming healthcare access and delivery for communities nationwide.
