Your responsibilities will also include collecting patient demographics and medical histories, inputting accurate data into our Electronic Health Records system, and maintaining strict HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy. Keeping the reception area clean, inviting, and organized will further enhance the patient experience.
The Front Desk Receptionist will act as a support pillar to the entire medical team by assisting with various administrative duties and special projects as needed. This dynamic role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a calm demeanor especially during busy or high-pressure situations. Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare environment is preferred but not mandatory. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, helping us serve our diverse patient community more effectively.
