Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Job Duties
- Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment
- Checks guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Maintains knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to provide accurate information
- Handles guest complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinates with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Ensures adherence to hotel policies and procedures during guest interactions
