Our Madison clinic is currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients, requiring someone who is friendly, professional, and skilled at multitasking in a busy clinical environment. The ability to be sensitive to patient emotions and to follow directions from dentists and supervisors is essential.

This role offers the opportunity to work full-time with flexible hours Monday through Saturday, with shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day, making it ideal for someone seeking a stable and rewarding position in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. Training is provided, and prior dental office experience is preferred but not mandatory. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and time off, access to financial advisors, and more. We value a positive, service-oriented mindset and are looking for a candidate who will thrive working collaboratively in a busy healthcare setting while providing top-notch patient service.
