The role of the Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge at Turners Rock is an essential position that serves as the welcoming face and voice of the community. This full-time or part-time opportunity, specifically for the evening shift from 3pm to 11pm, Friday through Tuesday, requires a compassionate, caring, responsible, and honest individual who truly enjoys interacting with seniors. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors warmly, answering multi-line phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately, maintaining the tidiness and organization of the front office area, and assisting residents with any needs or questions related to care services. This role also involves light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and presentable lobby area and providing administrative support to various departments on an as-needed basis. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the experience and comfort of everyone within the community.   • Three years' experience as a receptionist preferred
  • A minimum of three years' customer service experience
  • Prior multi-line phone experience

Job Duties

  • Greeting all visitors
  • Answering the telephone and directing those calls within the building
  • Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner
  • Light housekeeping, trash removal, keeping the front lobby clean and presentable
  • Helping residents with any needs, questions, or care services they feel necessary
  • Providing administrative support to all departments on an as-needed basis
