We are currently seeking a Receptionist who embodies friendliness, style, and responsibility to become the face of our salon. This position involves greeting and welcoming clients, managing appointment schedules, processing payments, and maintaining the salon's organized and inviting environment. The Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring that every client interaction is positive and that the flow of appointments operates smoothly throughout the day. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive and professional appearance, and a genuine interest in contributing to the overall guest experience.

In addition to front desk duties such as checking clients in and out and handling communications, the Receptionist will also educate clients about KRASA Beauty Studio’s services, current promotions, memberships, and retail products. They will recommend services and products, assist with retail sales, and support the salon artists and team members with daily operations. The role offers opportunities to engage in social media content creation, helping to film behind-the-scenes videos and stories that showcase the vibrant atmosphere of the studio.

As a valued member of the KRASA team, the Receptionist will receive hourly pay plus commission on retail sales and upsells, enjoy complimentary salon services, and work within a fun, supportive, and growth-oriented environment. There is also a pathway for career advancement, with potential to grow into a Salon Manager role.
