Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferably in a hotel or resort
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time with flexible availability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
