Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role preferably within an educational or training institute

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests ensuring a warm reception and promptly notifying relevant personnel
- Answer and direct calls managing a multi-line phone system and accurately relaying messages
- Provide information responding to inquiries about programs, admissions, and services or directing them to the correct department
- Maintain reception area keeping it clean, inviting, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials
- Manage mail and deliveries sorting incoming items and preparing outgoing packages
