Job Description

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.00 and requires availability to work across first, second, and third shifts including weekends and holidays. Holding a valid driver’s license is a mandatory requirement for this role.
The role is centered around supervising the Front Office team to guarantee outstanding service for owners and guests. The successful candidate will actively engage in listening to and addressing owner and guest inquiries, concerns, and requests by utilizing brand-specific or property-specific procedures to resolve issues effectively and delight those serviced. Responsibilities include overseeing front desk associates to maintain adequate property coverage and ensuring timely, professional, and positive guest service.
Key tasks involve processing all aspects of owner and guest check-ins, verifying reservations, and assigning villas or rooms accurately. The role also collaborates closely with the Housekeeping department to monitor room readiness, anticipate guest needs, and provide proactive service solutions. Additional management duties include participating in hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, motivating, and coaching front office employees. The role further serves as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies.
The position demands a focus on safety and quality standards while upholding company policies and personal professional presentation. Effective communication skills are essential, as is the ability to prepare and review written documents meticulously and handle telephone etiquette appropriately. The candidate must be capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handle light physical tasks such as moving, lifting, or carrying objects up to 10 pounds.

Job Duties
- Supervise front office staff to ensure excellent owner and guest service
- Actively listen and respond to owner and guest questions, concerns, and requests
- Process all owner and guest check-ins while confirming reservations and villa or room assignments
- Process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, and credit or debit cards
- Coordinate with housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees
- Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy process
