This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate of $25.85 and requires availability for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The Front Office Supervisor role is vital to the smooth operation and success of the property's front desk and guest services. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Front Office staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding service to owners and guests. This includes actively listening and responding positively to owner and guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, using property-specific protocols to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction. You will supervise front desk associates to maintain adequate property coverage and provide prompt, professional, and courteous service. Processing owner and guest check-ins is a key responsibility, involving verification of reservations and room assignments, as well as handling various payment methods including room charges, cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.

Coordination with Housekeeping is essential to track room readiness for check-in and anticipate guests' service needs. As a supervisor, you will also assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching team members, setting a positive example and serving as the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Available to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • Flexible schedule availability

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in front office supervision or similar role
  • Knowledge of property management systems and front desk operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices

Job Duties

  • Supervise front office staff to ensure excellent owner and guest service
