The available position is a Full-Time Assistant Front Office Manager role located at Renaissance Orlando Resort at 6677 Sea Harbor Drive in Orlando, Florida. This management-level opportunity offers an annual salary range of $56,000 to $70,000 with eligibility for bonuses. The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Front Office Manager by overseeing daily front office operations and supervising teams across Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk departments. This position is central to ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures while driving guest satisfaction and optimizing the financial performance of the front office area.

As an Assistant Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will actively participate in managing daily operations, monitoring staffing levels, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with managers and employees to meet high-quality service standards. This role requires strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively guide the front office team and foster a positive work environment. The Assistant Manager also supports employee development through coaching, mentoring, and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with the company’s core values. Additionally, the role involves supervising financial controls such as credit policies, room revenue maximization, and occupancy management. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage staff
  • Experience in conflict resolution and complaint handling
  • Knowledge of guest service standards and front office operations
  • Willingness to work full-time and on-site at Orlando location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in guest services or front desk operations
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
