The role available at Barry's is for Front Desk team members who serve as the first line of contact for clients at all Barry's studios. These team members play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients with class selections, bookings, and inquiries, as well as handling merchandise sales and FuelBar orders. The position requires passionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for health and fitness, and a desire to contribute to the growth of Barry's community.

Front Desk team members are responsible not only for the overall client experience but also for maintaining a clean, welcoming, and ordered studio environment. This includes assisting with studio upkeep and cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring that the space reflects Barry's high standards. Additionally, team members manage FuelBar services, preparing quality protein smoothies and other items, maintaining sanitation standards, and processing transactions efficiently.

The job demands flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends, holidays, and various shifts. Candidates should have a friendly, outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly. Physical stamina is also essential, as the role involves standing, lifting, and other physical tasks throughout the workday. Barry's offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $15.20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with additional earning potential through instructor incentive plans.
