Job Description
Miller Medspas LLC is a family-owned franchisee operating under the Dermani Medspa brand, with five established locations including North Buckhead, Alpharetta, Peachtree Corners, Athens, and Cumming. Dermani Medspa is a well-known and reputable medspa that originated in Atlanta, Georgia, and has rapidly grown due to its commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and scientifically backed aesthetic treatments. As a leader in the medical aesthetics industry, Dermani Medspa emphasizes advanced, evidence-based treatments to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. The company prides itself on fostering a welcoming, professional environment where patients feel valued and cared for throughout every step of their visit.
The role of Front Desk Coordinator at the North Buckhead Chastain location offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become a vital part of the Dermani Medspa team. This is a part-time position averaging 15 to 30 hours per week, generally structured in 10-hour shifts. The operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the requirement of weekend availability, especially on Saturdays. The position focuses on providing a superior patient experience by managing the front office’s daily operations efficiently.
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere, ensuring that all patients are greeted warmly and receive quality service. The role involves managing check-in and check-out processes, taking payments, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, signing up clients for membership programs, and serving as a key communication link between patients and providers. Keeping meticulous and accurate patient records is essential, as is managing incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and a positive demeanor. The coordinator is also tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area, including light cleaning duties during slower times.
In addition to front desk management, the position also includes responsibilities such as opening and closing the front desk, communicating client-related matters to the Clinical Director, prospecting for new clients and members, overseeing the schedules of other front desk coordinators, managing office and retail inventory, and ensuring client accounts are reviewed for accuracy. The role demands a high level of professionalism, inclusive of maintaining a polished appearance.
This job is ideal for candidates who are commission-driven, sales-oriented, and passionate about contributing to the growth of the business. Candidates with a background in aesthetics, medspa, or healthcare environments will find this position especially suitable. Proficiency with office software, point-of-sale systems, and scheduling technology—such as ZENOTI software—is also valuable. Given the nature of this role, the company values strong work ethic, punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working at Dermani Medspa offers numerous benefits including paid training, competitive hourly and commission-based pay, and generous employee discounts on popular treatments such as Botox, Juvederm fillers, skin rejuvenation, and laser hair removal. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401(k) with company match. Career advancement opportunities are available within Miller Medspas LLC, making this position not only a job but a potential long-term career path in the fast-growing medspa industry.
