At this exciting juncture of growth and innovation, we are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our Store Administration team at our Sunnyvale, California location. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for clients as they engage with our brand and services. The Front Desk Coordinator will manage the front area setup and appearance, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities include checking clients in and out of appointments, describing products and their benefits to potential customers, and maintaining clear and courteous communication across multiple channels including in-person, phone, and email interactions.

The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, enjoys daily interaction with new people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and quick problem-solving. They will be dependable in managing multiple client appointments and administrative duties such as processing and recording sales. Familiarity with Zenoti, Microsoft Office, and Filemaker software is preferred, alongside experience within aesthetic medicine or medical spa settings. This full-time position offers competitive compensation between $20 and $23 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth within an organization dedicated to excellence and client satisfaction.
