Job Requirements
- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry
- Experience with basic office administrative procedures and standard office equipment

- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Duties
- Maintain and direct a high volume of incoming calls appropriately
- Greet incoming clients and ensure they are directed to where they need to go and who they are meeting with in a friendly manner
- Answer basic inquiries, route calls to appropriate personnel and take messages as necessary
- Maintain schedule for on-site conference rooms
- Perform mail room functions
- Create badges for new employees
- Stock coffee areas
- Order catering and office supplies
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Perform a variety of other related duties as requested
