- Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
- Comfortable around dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Lead the front desk operations
- Assist in dog playrooms
- Interact enthusiastically and politely with customers
- Check dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, and spa services
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate professionally with customers in person and via email
- Uphold Dogtopia’s safety and cleanliness standards
