We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Part-Time/Weekend Concierge Ambassadors. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth daily operations within luxury residential high-rises and ensuring residents and guests receive outstanding hospitality. As a concierge ambassador at Stratton Amenities, you will embody the values of excellence in guest relations, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving. The position requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to cater to the dynamic needs of our residents. This part-time role offers an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $18.00, reflecting the importance of delivering superior service in a fast-paced, refined environment.

In your role, you will be a primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting residents and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will manage and coordinate various resident requests, ensuring anticipatory service that improves overall living experiences. The ambassador’s responsibilities will include monitoring safety through surveillance and routine property patrols, managing package deliveries with accuracy, and maintaining clear and professional communication both in person and over the phone. Job Duties

  • Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude
  • Exceed residents and guests expectations by providing anticipatory service and ensuring smooth accommodations
  • Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors
  • Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
  • Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits
  • Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
  • Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
