Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, customer service, or luxury retail

Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure a polished lobby presence
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident requests
- Answer phones, take accurate messages, and communicate effectively
- Log, track, and distribute resident packages accurately
- Monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems to support property safety
- Conduct routine property walks to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
- Interact professionally with vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel
- Complete reports and perform other duties as assigned
