Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service role
Ability to work early morning or afternoon shifts
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience
Knowledge of POS systems
Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
Strong communication skills
Friendly and personable demeanor
Knowledge of airport operations and lounge services preferred
Basic computer skills

Job Duties

Welcoming guests by name and assisting them throughout their stay
Registering and checking in guests
Knowledgeable about the lounge amenities, memberships, and airlines
Performing cash and credit card sales transactions via POS system or cash register, including making change
Completing paperwork related to daily sales, cash handling, passenger counts and miscellaneous reporting
Helping cleaning/restocking bathrooms, buffet, kitchen or bar
Assisting the CSA/FSA/Cleaner with the stocking and cleanliness of the lounge
Assuring the concierge area stays clean and organized at all times
